Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your listing reverts to the free tier — your basic FMCSA information, company name, and safety records stay visible, but custom branding, gallery photos, lead notifications, and priority placement are removed.

Yes. We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your subscription if you're not satisfied — no questions asked. Simply email us at info@moverstotrust.com and we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Annual billing is charged once per year and saves you the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing (about 17% off). You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from the Stripe billing portal in your dashboard.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are securely processed through Stripe — we never store your card details on our servers.

When a customer requests a quote or estimate through your listing, you receive an instant email notification with their name, phone number, email, move details, and preferred dates. Starter plans receive up to 10 leads per month, while Pro and Elite plans get unlimited leads.

Claimed listings on Pro and Elite plans appear above unclaimed listings in search results for their state. Among claimed companies, the order is shuffled daily so every paying customer gets fair top-of-page exposure. This means your company is always seen first by potential customers searching in your area.

Yes. First, create an account and claim your company listing using your USDOT number. Once approved, you can subscribe to a paid plan from the Pricing page or directly from your dashboard. The free tier lets you claim and set up your basic profile before committing to a paid plan.

Each subscription covers one USDOT number / company listing. If you operate multiple companies with different USDOT numbers, each one requires its own subscription. Contact us at info@moverstotrust.com for multi-location discounts.

No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate, and you can cancel before renewal. There are no hidden fees, setup costs, or cancellation penalties.
